Operational Dashboard

💡

This is a functional replica of dashboards I've built professionally. All data is generic and fully anonymized — no real clients or financials are represented. Select any project row in the Projects tab to filter all views to that project's data, demonstrating how relational data flows across services, devices, revenue, and billing in a live operational environment.

Device Lifecycle Tracker (LCH)

🔄

Lifecycle tracking is a planned extension of the core operational model. This demo illustrates what a state-machine layer on top of the Devices table would enable: recording every status transition with actor, timestamp, and dwell time — providing real-time pipeline visibility, bottleneck identification, and full audit traceability from purchase order through field deployment or disposition.

Pipeline Stage Flow — Active Batch (12,400 units received)
Unit count shown inside each bar ▼ N to next = units that did not advance

Units at Each Stage (Main Flow)

Avg Dwell Time per Stage (Hours)

Device Audit Trail — Serial: SN-7743921-A
# Lifecycle Event Timestamp Actor / System Dwell Time Status

Each row is an immutable audit record. device_id FK links back to the Devices table; a stage_id FK would reference a LifecycleStages lookup table — enabling state-machine validation to prevent invalid transitions (e.g. Shipped → Staging).

Production Metrics

🏭

Production metrics surface the operational health of the configuration floor in real time. Tracking throughput against targets, per-tech performance, shift efficiency, and quality rate provides the data foundation for capacity planning, root cause analysis, and backlog forecasting — the same reporting layer I built and automated at eBryIT, reducing manual reporting effort by 75%.
